We’re looking for an experienced web developer with the attitude and aptitude to learn quickly. This position requires many hats, from CI/CD process building to front-end debugging. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering to build best practices from the ground up and build on top of the existing stack - ReactJs, Django REST, Postgres all on AWS. You will help to guide the foundation of the software platform as well as the future of the company. We are building one of the best dev teams in Colorado, and this is where it starts!

In this job, you will:
Help to build out full stack web applications as well as the accompanying deployment and testing processes
Create foundational architecture for a high-growth startup
Work closely with leadership team to bring high priority features to life quickly
Ensure the highest quality of web software delivery and guarantee quality with monitoring utilities and tight security.

Ideally, you would have:
3+ years of web development experience
Python, Postgres (or other relational db), or JS/Typescript background
An understanding of web networking and security best practices
The ability to make value judgments on sustainable architecture with speed of delivery
A big-picture vision and the ability to execute on a daily basis
Soft skills we appreciate: The ability to laugh at yourself, can give and receive honest feedback, a growth mindset
Not required but helpful: Django REST, React, AWS, Kubernetes.

Salary & Benefits
Salary is from $120k - $160k, depending on skills and experience.
